Welcome to Beth Tikvah Congregation!

For over 50 years, Beth Tikvah has been welcoming individuals and families to our vibrant Reform Jewish community in Hoffman Estates, IL, located in the heart of the northwest suburbs of Chicago.
Beth Tikvah Congregation is dedicated to the Jewish ideals of Avodah (Worship), Talmud Torah (Lifelong Learning), and Tikkun Olam (Social Action), all within the context of building a better world.
We are the House of Hope!
Come worship with us – Find your spiritual home within our community with inclusive worship services led by Rabbi Taron Tachman, ranging from Family and Tot Shabbat to Adult worship and featuring beautiful music by Cantorial Soloist Ilana Axel and Kol Tikvah, our adult choir.
Come learn with us – From our Early Childhood Center, through Religious-Hebrew School, to Torah study, guest speakers, and enrichment classes for adults, we have programming for all ages and interests.
Come grow with us – Help us serve our congregation and our greater community. Get involved with the Sisterhood, the Men’s Club and other committees. Participate in social action “mitzvah” events, and add your support to ours for Israel and Jewish organizations in the U.S.
Come for a visit – Stay for a lifetime. All are welcome. Shalom!

Keep up with news from Israel, this week's Parashah (Torah Portion) and the next Jewish Holiday.

Caring Committee Minimize

The Ruth G. Damlich Caring Committee supports our congregants in many ways.  We are here to assist with various life cycle events—happy or sad.   Helping with meals, giving rides, making phone calls, and sponsoring job search classes are also some of the ways we sustain our congregation.  Beth Tikvah Cares--For more information or to join our committee, please call Gayle Kopin 847-289-0458 or Deb Bakal 847-650-9230

BETH TIKVAH AMBASSADOR (KESHER) PROGRAM

Looking for a fun way to get a little more involved with Beth Tikvah this year?

The Membership committee is proud to launch an exciting new program to help welcome new members to Beth Tikvah Congregation.  The Kesher Program will connect congregants to new members.

Ambassadors will contact and welcome new members and invite them to join you when you attend a service or participate in a Beth Tikvah event.

  • Serve as an ambassador to one to two new member families;

  • We will provide an orientation/training program to guide you through the steps in becoming a M’Kasher (ambassador);

  • Ambassadors will be matched based on interest, life stage, location, or professional affiliation.

Help our community welcome all of our new members.  Please fill out the form and return to the office or e-mail to membership@beth-tikvah.org
