The Beth Tikvah Congregation Board of Directors welcomes you to our Jewish community and encourages you to become involved in our spiritual, religious, educational, social action, and social activities. If you're like us, you'll find the more you participate the more you'll benefit from being a member of our congregation.

Board of Directors & Officers : President - Lesley Hollenberg

Lesley is the current President of Beth Tikvah Congregation.  She is leading the congregation into our 53rd year.

Lesley's role is to oversee the Board of Directors and all of its committees.  She works closely with the Rabbi and office administrator to make sure all is running smoothly.

Board of Directors & Officers : Executive Vice President - Robert Kaplan

Robert's role as Executive VP is to prepare to become President at the end of Lesley's term as President.  In addition, he oversees Social Action and the affiliates: Sisterhood, Brotherhood and LAFF (Life After Fifty Five).

Board of Directors & Officers : Administration Vice President - Sam Kossoff

Sam's role as Administration VP is to oversee Building and Grounds, Parliamentarian, Library, Web Site and Bulletin.

Board of Directors & Officers : Religion and Education Vice President - Debra Bakal

Deb's role as Religion and Education VP is to oversee the committees of Ritual, Religious School, Pre-School, Adult Education, Youth and ARZA.

Mark's role as Fundraising VP is to oversee Enrichment Funds, Honor Roll Membership, and Ways and Means.

Board of Directors & Officers : Membership Vice President - Rebecca Nudelman

Rebecca's role as Membership VP is to oversee Recruitment/Involvement, Caring Community, Publicity/Marketing, and Outreach.

Board of Directors & Officers : Treasurer - Steve Kleinman

Steve's role as Treasurer involves keeping accurate and timely accounting records for Beth Tikvah Congregation.  He leads the budgeting effort, plays an integral role in the bill paying process, and prepares monthly reports for the Board of Directors.

Board of Directors & Officers : Financial Secretary - Cathy Rabin

Cathy's role as Financial Secretary is to help make sure that the congregation collects membership dues,  religious school fees, and other fees on a timely basis.  In addition, if members are facing financial hardship, they may contact the Financial Secretary to request adjustment of membership dues and school fees.

Board of Directors & Officers : Recording Secretary - Ilene Kettering

Ilene's role as Recording Secretary is to record and distribute the minutes of Board of Director meetings, and to schedule Executive Board members and Board members to be on the bima during all Shabbat services.  The Recording Secretary also oversees the Temple calendar on behalf of the Executive Board.
