What is scrip?
It’s an easy way to raise money for Beth TIkvah ECC. Family and friends are able to purchase
gift cards for their favorite retailers through the Beth Tikvah ECC Scrip Center. You use the gift
cards to pay for things you would already be buying, and The ECC earns money with each gift
card purchased.

How does scrip work?
The ECC coordinators order scrip at a discounted price, and friends and families pay face value
for the gift cards. The differences in cost are instant earnings for the ECC, no one pays anything

Scrip gift cards are the same gift cards you can purchase from the retailer. With over 700 of
your favorite retailers, including grocery, department stores, gas stations, restaurants, hotels,
and home improvement, there is something for everyone. It is a WIN WIN for the ECC and for

Do gift cards expire?
Scrip gift cards are regular retailer gift cards and do not expire or have fees associated with them.

How does ECC make money?
Families pay full face value for the gift cards through the ECC scrip program. The ECC pays a
lesser amount based on the rebate offered. The difference between face value and what the ECC
pays is immediate fundraising.

You can sign up safely and securely on line and pay with a credit card on the Scrip Site or write a check to Beth Tikvah, your choice!
