Yizkor Book of Remembrance

 
Dear Beth Tikvah Member,

During the Yom Kippur Yizkor service, we will remember our loved ones.   

Please read the following guidelines, and use the form at the bottom of this page to indicate the names you wish remembered.  
           
  • We will read aloud two distinct lists of names:
    • Temple members and close relatives who have died since last Yom Kippur.
    • Previous Beth Tikvah members (at the time) who have died in years past.
  • The Book of Remembrance will be all names memorialized on the Beth Tikvah  Congregation Yahrzeit boards, as well as all names on this form from our membership,  whether they were Beth Tikvah members or not.  
  • All Temple members will receive an electronic copy of the Book of Remembrance.  There will be copies available at the Yizkor Service.

In keeping with our teaching of giving tzedakah to bless the memories of those we love, it is customary to send donations when submitting names for these lists.

Forms due by Friday, August 25, 2023 and any donation you wish to give, to Beth Tikvah
