The Recruitment Chair reaches out to prospective members, while the Engagement Chair and Sub-Committee serves to keep our current members connected to our congregation through communication about activities and programming, and by strengthening relationships among congregants. As our members' needs change, some Groups form on an as-needed basis, and have in the past included NextGen (for 30 to 50-year-olds), Phase 2 (for empty-nesters), and LAFF (Life After Fifty-Five).Our Annual Membership Picnic is held on a Sunday in mid-to-late August and is open to all members and prospective members. It showcases all of our worship options, educational organizations, board committees, and temple groups. A great time is always had by all as we celebrate our membership and welcome prospective members to our community!
