Google Meet is a video conferencing app - the updated, business-oriented version of Google's former Hangouts platform. It enables users to make video calls with up to 100 users per high-definition video meeting.

Basic instructions

In Google Chrome: 

1. Navigate to meet.google.com
2. Input the meeting code
3. Allow access to your webcam and microphone
4. Click the button to join the meeting

To call in with audio only:

1. Use the call-in number from the event host
2. Input the meeting code also provided by the event host
