Google Meet is a video conferencing app - the updated, business-oriented version of Google's former Hangouts platform. It enables users to make video calls with up to 100 users per high-definition video meeting.

Basic instructions
In Google Chrome:
- Navigate to meet.google.com
- Input the meeting code
- Allow access to your webcam and microphone
- Click the button to join the meeting
To call in with audio only:
- Use the call-in number from the event host
- Input the meeting code also provided by the event host
