Shalom Mishpachot,
We are very excited to be having our 1st year of Torah study. The yeladim (children) had an inhouse field trip to the Sanctuary to learn about the Torah, how it is made, the parts, and everything associated with the Torah.
Each child made their own Yad (pointer) to use while reading out of our textbook. Hopefully they will use it at their own Bar/Bat Mitzvah, as 1 one my students recently did.
So far we have studied the stories of Creation, Adam and Eve in the Garden of Eden, Brothers Cain and Abel and Noah’s Ark.
