6th & 7th Grade Model B' Mitzvah Service Saturday, February 22, 2025 10:30 am - 1:00 pm
Dear parents of 6th and 7th Grade Students,
You are invited to participate in our Family Education program, the related Model B’Mitzvah Services and Kiddush Luncheon. Sunday, Feb 16, 9:30 am - 11:00 am Family Education
Students and parents will learn about a specific torah portion together
Students and parents will work on a related project together, and
Parents will schmooze (talk) and nosh (eat) with the Rabbi and each other while the students go back to class
That is all in preparation for the B’Mitzvah Service, in which all students are expected to participate. Saturday, Feb 22, 9:45 am - 1:30 pm - Model B’Mitzvah Service, Prep & Luncheon At 9:45 am the students will arrive to practice on the Bimah At 10:30 am the Model B’Mitzvah Service will begin, and all students will participate in some way. At 12:00 there will be a Kiddush and Luncheon so you have more opportunity to schmooze (talk) and nosh (eat) together!
