Koach Hadibbur - Understanding Power of Words. It’s the old adage: It is never what we say, but it is always how we say it.
Words are incredibly powerful. While they have the power to hurt, they also have the power to heal. Words can bring people together, divide a crowd, help you take a stand, and allow you to bring about amazing change. We encourage
our students to use their words to advocate for themselves, and take a stance for what they believe in. We guide
them to clearly make their point, express their goals, and do so in a direct way that others will listen. Below are a few ways to infuse the Jewish value of Koach Haddibur at home with your children: https://staff.ncsy.org/education/education/material/ZXsgdXlSSD/koach-hadibbur-shuk/

Teacher Appreciation
Friday, April 5
Hello parents,
It’s that time of year where we prepare to honor all the teachers that have taught our children all year in religious school.
We are asking each family to contribute to a gift that will be given to each teacher at the Shabbat service for teacher
appreciation on April 5. (You may have already done this when you registered.)
Please send a check to the temple office indicating “teacher appreciation” with your contribution. Chris, at the door, will have a box in which you can leave your donation as well. The deadline for this collection is March 1st. Thank you for your participation.
Parking Lot Safety
We would like to remind everyone that the parking lot is a
no phone zone, and that everyone needs to always be
cautious about people walking through the parking lot.
