Join music therapist, Mary Helen Ekstam as she educates us on the profound effects music has in reducing pain, stress, and blood pressure, while stimulating parts of the brain other treatments cannot reach. This evening promises to be very entertaining, fun as well as educational while you enjoy the healing powers of music. Invite your best friends to visit our Sisterhood and enjoy this program too!  

Why Vote in Local Elections - Joint Tzedek / Men's Club program on Zoom:  Wednesday, March 22 7:00pm-8:30pm
Please join us in a forum with Beth Tikvah members who are serving in or running for local elected offices. They will share insights and experiences on why they serve in or seek to hold these positions. We'll engage in discussion with them on issues their boards are facing and how they affect us. We hope this program will inspire you to make sure your voice is heard in the upcoming local elections.

pmRosh Hodesh (New Moon) – the start of each Hebrew month - has been observed by Jewish women for centuries. Our Rosh Hodesh group at Beth Tikvah offers a unique opportunity to engage spiritually with all who identify as women, age 18 years and over, as we explore the journeys of our lives as reflected through the rich treasury of Jewish stories, texts, and traditions. Past registrants do not need to re-register. Please note! Most events at Beth Tikvah welcome all who come. Due to the unique nature of Rosh Hodesh Gathering, only members of Beth
