These first two weeks back from winter break have been spent working with the students. It is unusual to have a teacher change in the middle of the year, so this was a new experience for them. Dear Families, 
We have had a busy start to our school year! We have learned about Hakarat Hatov (recognizing what is good around us) and Slicha (saying sorry). These values were tied to the holidays we learned (reviewed) about which were Rosh Hashanah, Yom Kippur, and Sukkot. The children discussed and put into practice the correct way to say sorry.
