When we are dissecting owl pellets and finding amazing discoveries of bones from other animals, or planting for Tu B’Shevat parsley seeds and journaling and measuring what we will have for our Pesach seder, or making hamentashin for Purim, we find many many ways to introduce science into our curriculum.
